Valid Membership
By submitting your registration form, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions of Service.
Fees
Walkndtalk doesn’t charge any fee for membership. Walkndtalk reserves the right to subsequently charge a fee for the prepaid/postpaid services provided on the website and intimate user of the same by giving his / her a reasonable notice on our website and/or via email.
Orders
Quality of Service
Walkndtalk agrees to provide you prepaid products at the press of a button. Walkndtalks responsibility is to connect you with a mobile operator. Non-performance of a service (e.g. failure of a recharge at operator’s end) has limited liability on Walkndtalk. Walkndtalk is committed to investigate the cause of non-performance with all parties involved. However, no refunds will be made to your Walkndtalk balance unless it is clearly established that Walkndtalk was responsible.
Pricing
All the prices stated on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes and shipping and packaging charges as applicable will be added.
Restricted Reuse of Service
You hereby acknowledge that you will not reproduce, sell, resell, duplicate and copy any part of the service for any commercial purpose
Cancellation of Order
During processing of your order or delivery, if the order placed doesn’t fulfill these Terms and Conditions of Service, Walkndtalk reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified about the action.
Delivery of Order
Walkndtalk is committed to deliver your order within the specified time period. Walkndtalk shall not be held responsible in case of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons. Walkndtalk will deliver these services at the address mentioned by you.
Credit Card Payment
Walkndtalk agrees that company will not store any credit card information in our database without your permission. Walkndtalk shall not be held responsible for any issues arising out of payment gateway dysfunction. Company shall be no liability in respect of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Walkndtalk may provide links to other websites that are maintained by third parties.
Change in Terms and Conditions
Walkndtalk reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions of service for any reason by giving notifying on our website or via email to users. Such modifications or amendments will be effective once the notice is served.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the judiciary laws of the Republic of India without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law.
Termination of Agreement
You agree that: This agreement is effective until terminated by both the parties of this agreement.
Walkndtalk may change, suspend or end any part of the services provided by Company. Company reserves the right to terminate your membership and remove all the content in your account for any reasons.
Security
Any password and/or secret codes used for using services provided by Walkndtalk are for your personal use and you are requested not to share these passwords and/or security codes with anybody else. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep these passwords and/or security codes confidential and you will be responsible for any act and/or statements originated from the misuse of these passwords and/or security codes. You agree to inform Walkndtalk in the event of loss or theft of these passwords and/or security codes or misuse in any manner.
Disclaimer
Walkndtalk may suspend or cease the operation of the website for any reason with or without giving any prior notice. Walkndtalk reserves the right to change the content on the website, and/or suspend or change the product or service offered by the website. You agree that in any mentioned case, you will use the website at your own risk and Walkndtalk is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Limited Warranty
Walkndtalk concedes to provide efficient, reliable, timely and satisfactory service to the best of its resources and skills. Walkndtalk makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, and virus free or free from any malicious content. The Website is provided on an “as is where is” and “as available” basis. In any case of unsatisfactory service by Walkndtalk, Walkndtalk agrees to take proper corrective action on the basis of decision taken by Walkndtalk.

Indemnity/Compensation
You agree to indemnify/compensate Walkndtalk and its affiliates, including its directors, employees, service providers, content providers, suppliers against any losses, claims or demand including legal fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Service, or any wrongful activity related to your account by you or any other person using your account.

Unless otherwise indicated, the copyright in the Website and its contents, including but not limited to the text, images, graphics, sound files, animation files, video files, and their arrangement, are the property of Walkndtalk and are protected by copyright laws. No part or parts of the Website may be modified, copied, distributed, retransmitted, broadcast, displayed, performed, reproduced, published, licensed, transferred, sold or commercially dealt with in any manner without the express prior written consent of Walkndtalk.
Expiry of unused balances
Walkndtalk reserves the rights to expire your unused wallet balance if you do not use your wallet balance even once in six consecutive months. You expressly agree to cooperate and take responsibility to use your wallet balance to avoid expiry of your balance.
